upgrades and other brand compatibility with hyper speed?

i just got a exceed hyperspeed, i got it because i enjoy taking something cheap and replacing parts, putting upgrades and anythig else to make it faster, more durable and just more fun,

my lhs carries traxxas and a few other brands that the site says are compatible with the buggy- im new to nitros and so keep that in mind but what parts and mods are compatible?
