new tanks.. goes thru firing sequence. but no bb comes out

hello : any one have trouble with bb not coming out of the barrell. of the tank. these are 2 new tanks bulldog and leopard.. the firing sequence works but the bb does not come out... i can put a bb in the barrell from outside the tank and the tank will fire it back out.. but will not fire one out from the inside of the tank>?? i have shook the tank too see if any was lodged up. but still no response.. reckon i am putting enough bbs in the tanjk? about 20 25... should i try and run something dow the barrell from outside of tank>?
dunno what to do... i am a new tank collector... any help out there...... shipman709@yahoo.com........... thanks

Usually there can be some left over pieces of plastic on the inside of the gun from the manufacturing process. Yes, you can try clearing the long nosel of the turret thus widening the neck (if you will) to get the bb to shot out. Please be sensitive to mechanical parts that could be inside the turret.
