my order on hold

hi all,
I placed an order with raidentech on friday and they sent me an email requesting a copy from my credit card and ID and I did that but I haven't recieved there decision yet and my order is still on hold.
When do they usually respond??

And also my ID is not in english so am wondering how they are going to understand what's written in it.
